What is the expected delivery time for my order?
Your garments will be delivered approximately 6 weeks after your groups order is submitted for production. Our online ordering platform will provide you with tools to tailor a delivery date to fit your needs and, provide more specifc delivery estimates throughout the process.
If you need your garments sooner, give us a call and we'll see how we can help.
We make placing an order easy. Once you have finished creating your design with our enhanced design lab simply select to 'Start an Order'
You can choose to order and pay on behalf of your group or, invite your group members to complete their own order. Either way you have complete control over the process.
Alternativly, if the groups order has already been started please contact the order manager for the unique ordering link.
What is the minimum number of products I can order?
We ask that you have a minimum of 10 products per design. Since all of our products are made from scratch, our current manufacturing process simply doesn't allow for us to make individual custom products.
How can I get help with my design?
There a many ways you can get help with your design across the site;
Use our Quick Color tool. The 'Quick Color' icon can be located to the right of screen across most of our pages. After selecting your color preferences, they will be applied across the site helping you design faster and visualize our products your way.
To get access to our full color range and design options view and edit your favourite products in the Design Lab.
Take our 15-second guided tour upon entering the Design Lab that shows you 4 quick steps you need to know to create, save and order an awesome design for your group.
